DRIVER\u2019S AGE<\/strong><\/p>\n

For categories A and B, the minimum age is 23 years plus two years of experience from the issue of the driving license. For category C, D, D1, DSW, E, E1, G, GM, I the minimum age is 25 years plus two (2) years of experience from the issue of the driving license. For all other categories H, F, J, J1, J2, D exclusive, E exclusive the minimum age is 27 years plus three (3) years of experience from the issue of the driving license. Driving licenses should be European (for EU countries) or International (for non-EU countries).<\/p>\n

MEANS OF PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

In cash at our store at the beginning of the rental or via credit card.<\/p>\n

Our Company requires your credit card details as a guarantee for the rental of your vehicle. For this reason, we may need to ask for your credit card’s certification (i.e. pre-approval).<\/p>\n

WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p>\n

During on your car rental, MANOS RENT A CAR \u00a0has the right to debit your credit card a guarantee amount of \u20ac400, which is refunded at the end of the lease, provided that no other charges (eg due to wear or not refueling). MANOS RENT A CAR \u00a0has the right to release the amount of the guarantee within fifteen (15) days of the end of the vehicle rental.<\/p>\n

DELAY RETURN<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the rental agreement expires, MANOS RENT A CAR \u00a0allows the renter a delay period of up to 30 minutes for the car to be returned, at no charge. Upon expiration of the above delay period, the renter is charged at least for the cost of an extra day.<\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL DRIVER: <\/strong>Daily charge of \u20ac2 for each additional driver.<\/p>\n

CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AT AIRPORT:\u00a0<\/strong>Free of charge.<\/p>\n

CHARGE FOR DELIVERY OUTSITE BUSINESS HOURS:<\/strong> \u20ac20 upon agreement with our office.
\n
\n<\/em>FUEL POLICY:<\/strong>\u00a0Fuel is paid by the Renter.<\/p>\n

FUEL SERVICE CHARGE<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the vehicle on return does not have the same amount of fuel at the time of pickup, there is a charge of ten (10) euros, plus the cost of the fuel consumed. If the vehicle is picked up from the place of residence (e.g. hotel) and in the event of a refusal to refuel, this amount will be charged from your credit card. If clients brings the car with extra fuel than before, the amount of extra fuel is not refund.<\/p>\n

CHILD SEATS:<\/strong>\u00a0Free of charge, available only after booking.<\/p>\n

NAVIGATOR – GPS:<\/strong>\u00a0Available only after booking and with a daily charge 10 Euro.<\/p>\n

CHANGES OF CAR TYPE
\n<\/em><\/strong>
\n<\/em>The company reserves the right, depending on availability,\u00a0to provide a different type of car than the one stated in the original booking, from an same or higher category.<\/p>\n

CHANGE OF BOOKING
\n<\/em><\/strong>
\n<\/em>Rescheduling also involves recalculation of the price, according to the availability of vehicles, the prices applying at that time, the station of return, etc. Cost<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION OR NON-APPEARANCE
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/em>In prepaid reservations there is no charge if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the start of the rental. Otherwise, the amount of the deposit is withheld. In case of no-show at the time of pick-up, the total amount will be charged.<\/p>\n

E\u0391RLIER RETURN
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/em>In case of return of the car earlier than the date shown in the booking, the customer will be charged for the days of use of the vehicle an extra \u20ac100, plus VAT.<\/p>\n

PICKUP-DELIVERY:
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Each pickup \/ delivery at the harbor of Karlovasi is charged for \u20ac55, upon agreement with our office.
\n
\n<\/em>TRANSPORT BY SHIP:<\/strong>\u00a0Not allowed.<\/p>\n

OUT OF BORDER LEASE:<\/strong>\u00a0Not allowed.<\/p>\n

INFRINGEMENTS:<\/strong>\u00a0All fines and consequences of administrative penalties are borne by the lessee.<\/p>\n

ROAD ASSISTANCE:<\/strong>\u00a024-hour service is provided through the rental company.
\n\u00a0<\/strong>
\nINSURANCE POLICY
\n<\/u><\/strong>
\nAll \u00a0Authorized Vehicle Drivers are exempt for damage to the rental car from fire and theft.<\/p>\n

MIXED SECURITY WITH EXEMPTION (CDW<\/u>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Body injuries per victim
\n\u2022 Care at the scene of the accident
\n\u2022 Material damage to third parties per accident

The liability of the lessee for damage to the rental vehicle may be limited, provided that the traffic code is not violated, to the minimum charge of:<\/p>\n

\n– C class: \u20ac800
\n– D, D1 class: \u20ac1000
\n– DSW, E, E1, G, GM: \u20ac1200
\n– J, J1, J2 SUV: \u20ac1500
\n– D exclusive , E exclusive : \u20ac1500
\n– H, F Mini Bus: \u20ac1500
\n– Cabrio: \u20ac1200<\/p>\n

This insurance does not cover:
\n<\/em><\/strong>
\n<\/em>-Immobilization allowance (for lost profits during vehicle repair)
\n-Travel costs that may result from damage or accident.
\n-Expenditure in the event of a key loss.

\nFULL INSURANCE PROTECTION (FDW<\/u>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Personal driver accident
\n\u2022 Body injuries per victim
\n\u2022 Care at the scene of the accident

Furthermore:

\n<\/em>– Assessment of immobilization allowance (for lost profits during vehicle repair).
\n– Travel of towing expenses as a result of a breakdown or accident.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Renters can purchase full insurance if they are between 30 and 70 years of age.<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHAT INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER!
\n<\/u><\/strong>
\n<\/em>Driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, abnormal use of the vehicle, STOP sign violation, traffic light violation, traffic code violation, damage to the bottom or to the wheels and tires of the vehicle, driving\u00a0 off-road (the Jeep is an exception)\u00a0 any service not approved by our Company , cleaning , damage to the interior of the car (unless caused by a collision), damage \/ loss of child seats, GPS devices, damage, destruction or loss of a key, driving by another driver not registered in the lease.<\/p>\n

Lost Keys – If you lose your key(s), you will be charged the cost of replacement.<\/p>\n

Price Calculation – Prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you agree before your rental starts. If you pick the car up any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused time.<\/p>\n

There will be a 30 minute grace period for the return of all vehicles. If the car is returned after this time the insurance will no longer be valid and the customer will have to pay the late penalty fee 50\u20ac + the daily rate.<\/p>\n
